What we believe

At Tofu Monkey, we believe good food shouldn’t cost the earth.
We start with organic Australian-grown soybeans, keeping food miles low and supporting local growers. By building our menu around plant-based, whole-food protein, we naturally tread lighter than traditional meat-heavy fast food – with a smaller carbon footprint and less resource use served with every bowl.
In the eateries, we’re committed to doing the simple things well, every day:
Choosing recyclable or compostable packaging wherever practical
Designing recipes and prep systems that minimise food waste
Using suppliers who share our values on sustainability and transparency
Making it easy for guests to eat in and reduce single-use items where they can
We’re not perfect, and we’re not here to greenwash. Our promise is to keep improving, keep asking better questions, and keep finding smarter ways to make tofu that’s good for you, and gentler on the planet.
